“My name is Argusto. I am going to college for a business degree. I work for the MA Army National Guard. I’ve come a long way with the help of my sponsors, my friends and my adopted family.

In a few words, here is what sponsorship means to me. It means that you pledge an allegiance to help someone until he/she can be self-sufficient. To me, it’s all about giving hope when there is none. Someone gave me hope and helped me become what I am today. Sponsoring is not just about feeding; it’s also about educating, loving, caring, and praying for the child. I will also encourage you to visit the child that you’re sponsoring, because he/she will love it. Your help has been a blessing and it can give others like me ‘hope’.

Your help has been a blessing and it can give others like me hope.

I thank you all for your help and for all your good deeds. I pray that God will keep on blessing you with His grace. My favorite verse in the Bible is Jeremiah 29:11. ‘For I know the plans I have for you,’ says the LORD. ‘They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope’.”
